Vitamin D Deficiency: To stay healthy, it is most important that the amount of all the essential nutrients in our body remains complete. Tata 1mg labs has recently conducted a survey, in which frightening figures have come to the fore. According to the survey, 76 percent of India’s population is found to be deficient in Vitamin D, which is also known as the sunshine vitamin.
This data is based on the test of more than 2.2 lakh people living in about 27 cities of India. The survey has shown that people of 25 years of age and below are most affected by this condition. The trial included 79 percent men and about 75 percent women. According to information, the number of people with vitamin D deficiency is high in Surat and Vadodara. 88 percent people in Surat and 89 percent in Vadodara are suffering from vitamin D deficiency. Apart from this, 72 percent people in Delhi-NCR were found to be deficient in this vitamin. The deficiency of this vitamin was seen most in the youth. Vitamin D deficiency was found in 84 percent youth up to 25 years. While such a situation was seen in 81 percent of people in the age group of 25-40.

Experts say that many measures can be taken to remove the deficiency of Vitamin D from the body.

2. Vitamin D deficiency is also removed by taking sunlight. Take the heat of the sun on the face, back and legs for 30 minutes twice a day.
3. Take vitamin D supplement.
